West Coast Queen Scallops From the clear waters of the west coast of Scotland comes one of the gems of seafood. These queen scallops are sweet and succulent and have been caught using low impact methods. They have not been soaked in brine to artificially enhance their size and so don’t shrivel up upon cooking. Perfect in lots of different dishes, they are wonderfully versatile and absolutely delicious.

Gigha Sustainable Halibut fillet Farmed on the Hebridean Island of Gigha these fish are hand reared using an organic diet to create a top quality flavour. The island’s community wind farm powers the fish farm and the small volumes of fish production ensure that fish welfare is of the utmost importance.
